About Us
Corona del Vista, Inc. is a self-managed resident owned mobile home park community operating as a Mutual Benefit Non-Profit Corporation. It consists of 104 homes, with the minimum age requirement of 55. Each member of this community owns 104th of the entire property, including common areas which include pool/spa/sauna, clubhouse, library, game room, laundry facility, an enclosed dog park, guest parking, and RV storage (fee applies and subject to availability). We have a variety of monthly events and activities such as Bingo, movie night, community dinners, annual July 4th BBQ, and annual Christmas Faire.
